Questions, answered plainly
The things people ask before we start — cost, timeline, process, and what happens after. If yours isn't here, just ask on the call.
Is this a fit?
I haven't fully nailed my niche or message yet — is it too early?
Not at all — that's exactly what the first phase solves. Before anything gets built, we clarify your niche, message, and offer. Most people don't arrive with it figured out; that clarity is part of what you're paying for.
Is this just a website?
No. The website is one piece. You're getting a complete client-acquisition system — offer, message, funnel, automation, and pipeline — built as one connected machine.
Do you work with my industry? And do I have to be on camera?
Almost certainly — I've built systems for consultants, coaches, and experts across dozens of industries, from health and coaching to faith and professional services. And no, you don't have to be on camera. The system is built around your expertise and message, however you're most comfortable showing up.
How do I know if it's a fit?
You'll know on the intro call, and so will I. It's a genuine conversation, not a hard pitch — if I don't think I can move your business, I'll tell you.
The process
What are the three phases?
Audit, Machine Build, and Authority Handoff. First we map your business and message and find the gaps. Then I build the complete system — message, site, funnel, automation, pipeline. Then I hand you a machine that runs, with seven months of support so it keeps producing.
How long does it take?
Once your deliverables are in my hands, your system is live in 30 to 60 days — the clock starts when your pieces are complete. Then I support you for seven months after launch.
What if I'm not very technical?
Perfect — most of my clients aren't. You focus on the work you love; I build and run the machine.
How much of my time will this take?
Mostly your expertise and a few focused conversations up front. I pull the clarity out of you, then I build. Your involvement is heaviest in the first phase and light after that — the whole point is to take work off your plate, not add it.
The investment
What does it cost?
Every engagement is custom-scoped to your business and exactly what you need — a complete done-for-you client-acquisition system, not a website. We map the right investment together on a free intro call. It's an investment in a system that generates clients, not a one-off expense.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. If you're not ready for the full build, we can start with an Audit — a deep, lower-commitment review of your business, message, and site with a clear roadmap of what to fix first. If you go on to the full build, the Audit fee is credited toward it.
Are there ongoing costs?
After launch, most clients keep me on to run the engine — hosting, security, email, automation, and optimization — at a monthly rate scoped to how much you want handled. It's optional, but it's how the machine keeps producing without you touching it.
After launch
What happens once it's live?
You get seven months of hands-on support included, so the system is dialed in and producing. From there, most clients keep me on a monthly plan to run and grow it.
Who owns everything, and do you maintain it?
You own everything — your site, your accounts, your data. I manage and maintain it for you (all client sites live under one secure management hub), but nothing is ever locked away from you.
What if it doesn't work?
The Audit exists partly to de-risk this — we don't build until we both know the plan is right. And I'm honest to a fault: if I don't believe I can move your business, I'll tell you on the intro call rather than take the project.
