The show went viral. The audience was rented. So we built the machine that makes it his.

Chuck Frank's daily truth show reaches millions of people on platforms he doesn't control. We built the system that turns that borrowed attention into an audience he owns: a home base, an email and text engine, and automation that publishes the show even when he can't.

A daily truth show with 800+ episodes and no home
Chuck Frank has published 647 five days a week since 2021: a news show built on one conviction, that there's a famine of truth in the land. He's magnetic on camera and relentless on delivery. What he didn't have was anywhere for that work to live, compound, or convert.

Everything ran on Chuck, by hand
Every morning, Chuck personally typed the show out to about 70 people, one text at a time. Show prep ran 4 to 5 hours a night. Comments got answered within minutes because he was the one answering them. The reach was real, and every ounce of it depended on his hands being on the machine.
He calls it what it was: content-producing time turned into low-functioning labor.
- No website, no home base, nothing owned
- ~70 texts sent by hand, every single morning
- 4 to 5 hours of prep a night, after recording all day
- An audience living entirely on platforms he doesn't control
When people ask me what I do, what I say half the time is: I try to get enough sleep. That's all. That was my only priority.
More than two million views in 90 days. Not one dollar of it was ads. And here's the thing: the big number is not the story.
The daily shows and shorts behind the surge · new episode every weekday
2.1 million views sent 138 visitors.
His little list sent 193.
Most agencies would end the case study at the big number. We measure what happens next, and what happens next is the entire reason this engagement exists.

The list is 0.004% of the audience, and it still out-delivered the algorithm, 193 visits to 138. That is the difference between reach you rent and an audience you own. The machine's whole job is moving people from the left column to the right, and it does it every day.
Five moves, one machine
Not a website. A connected system where every piece feeds the next, and the whole thing runs whether Chuck touches it or not.
The message
Three strategy calls before a single pixel. We extracted the mission, the voice, and the exact language Chuck's audience uses, then built everything else on top of it.
The home base
647withchuckfrank.com: a self-syncing archive of every episode (327 and counting, updated automatically each morning), built to Lighthouse 98 performance and 100 accessibility at launch.
The capture
Email and text signup wired through every page, so each of those million views has somewhere to land and become permanent. The whole site is a net.
The automation
Daily noon email and text to the list, the weekly newsletter, and a Saturday quiz drafted automatically from the week's five transcripts. The quiz Chuck predicted nobody would take? His words: "wildly popular."
The measurement
Analytics live from day zero. Every claim on this page traces to a dated source, and the page itself updates monthly as the numbers move.
You put a huge investment on the front end, and that pays off in spades... a new website that is messaging what I had wanted perfectly. I don't think most people get that when they have just a website built.

The morning the machine proved itself
One night in August, after three hundred straight episodes, Chuck hit a wall. The recording never got sent. Before the machine, that was a missed show and a silent audience.
Instead, the system caught it early. The episode was edited, published, and pushed out on schedule: the site updated itself, the noon email went out, the texts went out. The audience never knew anything happened.
That's the real product. Not a website: continuity. A business that keeps its promises even on the mornings its founder can't. Since then the machine has shipped the show through vacations, break days, and one genuine blank, and it has returned 20 to 30 hours a week to the person the whole thing depends on. Chuck's sleep came back first. Then his mornings, which now go to the ordination coursework he'd been too buried to finish.
You're designing a synthesis of ideas that is constantly working, whether they're in the office or not, whether they're taking time off or not... with an AI automation that's just remarkable.
Five months, on the record
We keep a dated ledger on every engagement. This is Chuck's, abridged.
The mission on the table, in Chuck's words: a famine of truth. Three calls, 131 minutes, everything extracted before any build.
Local to live in one evening: 297 episodes imported and reconciled, daily auto-sync armed, the first Saturday Quiz generated and live by morning.
Seventy manual messages a morning, retired. One automated noon send, zero touches. "You're free."
217,717 views in a single day, still 100% organic.
Chuck blanks, the system doesn't. Episode out, email out, texts out, audience none the wiser.
The news-packet system approved on first read: nightly prep heading from 4 to 5 hours toward 90 minutes. Chuck's verdict: "way better."
"You exceeded my expectations."
One reel, 409,286 views and 4,214 shares in two weeks. The site episode is one click away from every one of them.
Conversion tracking on all eight actions, plus a consent layer that keeps US visitors counted and EU visitors protected. The paid-ads door is open; $0 spent so far.
Since launch, measured. And we keep measuring.
Most case studies are written once and left flattering. This one updates monthly, because the machine's whole argument is that owned audience compounds. Here's the honest start.
Three measured points so far: 69 at launch (Jul 10), 81 at +30 days, 81 at +50 days (Aug 29). Flat this month, and we say so: signups were undercounted until conversion tracking went live on Aug 29, so the next reading is the first clean one. No projections, no dotted dreams. The space to the right gets filled with real readings. Mailchimp, audience of record.
From the recorded testimonial
"Your value in all of this is inestimable."
"It's a very high integrity experience. When you say you're going to do something, you do it."
"What you do is just eons past what the typical website developer does."
"We were just kind of floundering around, and then you systematized this whole thing and it started to really show results."
"Those were incomprehensible numbers. It doesn't even feel like reality. And a lot of that has to do with your system."
"If there wasn't somebody like you to systematize all this, it would have all been lost if it were left to me."
"I asked you to come up with a weekly test... I thought, I don't think anybody's even gonna want to do that. That's turned out to be wildly popular."

Your audience is out there. Make it yours.
If you've got real reach and nothing that holds it, that's exactly what I build. One conversation to see what the machine looks like for your business.
"The proof is in the pudding... I'm happy to have those numbers out there."
